Production

Process

 

Venrecicla has a central plant of 10.500 m2 in Cabudare, Palavecino Municipality, Lara State. In this plant the waste is collected from customers is put through several production lines for processing. The lines consist of sorting-belts, balers, shredders, granulators, screeners and others.

 

The plant generally operates in 3 shifts.

 

The plant currently has a processing capacity of 20,000 MT annualy. 

 

Products

 

The company processes waste into secondary raw materials mainly in two distinct product lines:

 

Plastics

Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC),  Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), Polyvinyl butyral (PVB), Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC) and others.

 

In the form of regrind, in different possible sizes, and other presentations.

 

Rubber

Uncured SBR/NR and rubberized tire-cord, originating from tyre-manufacturing, SBR / NR buffings and other vulcanized rubber from tyre-renewal processes.

 

To other wastes enough value is added to make them commercially viable for sale.

Quality control

To able to guarantee to the customers the quality of our materials is the reason of our existence.

​

The company has its own laboratory with the latest equipments for measuring properties of the plastics and materials. And of course a department dedicated to the quality-control during all processes in the plant.
